The Mt. Olive Family Medicine Center Walk-In Clinic is open 6 days a week

We are here to serve you for urgent conditions, sickness, injury, physical exams, and any acute condition that needs attention without an appointment.

Our expert team of providers and nurses is ready to care for your immediate healthcare needs. Our team will triage your condition quickly to ensure that we are taking care of critical patients in a timely manner. We treat patients of all ages. We have a working relationship with UNC Wayne for efficient communication and transfer of care if necessary. Accepting most insurances and assistance for uninsured patients.

Upset Stomach
Allergic Reaction
Sprains or Fractures
Minor Burns
Acute onset of pain
Cuts, abrasions, or lacerations
Sports Physicals (not covered by insurance, $50 charge for secondary school sports physical, $75 for college sports physical)
CDL Physicals (not covered by insurance)
Work Physicals ( not covered by insurance)
Urine Testing
Pregnancy Testing
COVID-19, Flu, and RSV Rapid Testing
Ultrasound-guided injections
Full X-Ray (except on Saturday)
Full Lab (except on Saturday)
Full Procedure Room for

Hours:

7:30 am -6:00 pm Monday - Friday
8:00 am -12:00 pm Saturday ( Limited Staff and Services)
Closed Sunday

Patients must check in 1 hour prior to closing.
Walk-In Clinic can be closed early in cases of extremely high volume.
Patients are always advised to arrive early and not wait to arrive near closing time.
New Patients are accepted on Saturdays depending on clinic volume, staff availability and office capacity to accept new patients.
